All Mosquitonets.com.au products come with a 1 Year manufacturers warranty on materials and workmanship. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or fault, your product will be replaced or repaired at no cost to you.

Our warranty does not cover incorrect size or colour selection.

Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. For security reasons, we do not store any credit card information on our website or database. Any such details are processed 'live' with the Commonwealth bank or PayPal accordingly and under their typical high security industry standards. Security In order to offer you the most secure way to make your purchase our site is secured by GeoTrust SSL 256 bit encryption thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this sites web servers are private and secure. GENERAL

What is the difference between Box Mosquito Nets and Four Poster Canopies?
Our Cotton Box Mosquito Nets have a netting ceiling and our Four Poster Canopies have a fabric ceiling.  Both of these nets can be hung either with a frame or attached to a four poster bed.

Do we supply hooks?
Yes. We supply hanging kits for individual needs and requirements.  You will find these on our accessories page. Conventional cup hooks may be used on timber ceilings and we recommend spring toggle hooks on plaster ceilings.  We do not recommend adhesive hooks.

Do the nets come with instructions?
Yes, and if further information or help is required please contact us.

Does the cotton netting come in different colours?
As colour preferences are varied we supply plain white netting only. The netting is made from 100% cotton and dyes easily. The simplest and most effective dying product we have found is idye washing machine dye.

What is the cotton netting made of?
Our netting is made from 100% washed cotton using a run-proof weave.

How do I clean my cotton net?
Due to their strength and resilience, our nets may be; Machine washed on delicate cycle using cold water and a mild detergent. Hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Can be dry cleaned.

Does the netting come without the chequered pattern?
No. The chequered pattern of our netting is due to the run-proof weave and a feature of the quality manufacturing process. There are other cotton nettings available but we have found them to be inferior.

Do our Mosquito Nets and canopies come with a warranty?
Yes. All Dreamspace products carry a one year limited warranty.

BOX MOSQUITO NET & BED CANOPY

Does the Box Net come in different fabrics?
As our business continues to grow and diversify, new ideas and fabrics will be added to the Mosquito Net range. At the moment, it is available in 100% cotton netting drops with a woven cotton ceiling, Pure Silk 8m/m georgette with a Pure silk/satin ceiling, and polyester.

Do I have to use a frame?
No. Our mosquito net bed canopies are so versatile that you do not have to use a frame, you can simply attach by cords to ceiling hooks. We have found that the use of a frame whether it is bamboo, steel or timber adds to the presentation and visual impact of your display.

Will a Mosquito Net canopy fit my Four Poster Bed?
When choosing your canopy we suggest that you measure the top frame of your poster bed and then select the size you need. If there is not an exact match then select the next size up as any excess fabric can be gatherd into the corners. It can be attached in a variety of ways depending upon the type of four poster bed you have. Instructions are provided with the canopy, or contact us for more detailed information.

Is bamboo heavy?
No. A set of cured bamboo poles weighs only 4 kilograms.

What dimensions do I need for a timber or bamboo frame?

The dimensions below allow the poles to overlap and "cross" in an attractive manner. We have found that using a diameter that ranges from 3-6 cm to be the best.

• Single: 2 @230cm and 2 @ 140cm
• Double: 2 @230cm and 2 @ 180cm
• Queen: 2 @240cm and 2 @ 200cm
  
• King: 2 @250cm and 2 @ 230cm

What is the hidden frame?
A MosquitoNets innovation is the provision of a sleeve in the ceiling of each box net canopy. This sleeve allows the use of 16mm powder coated conduit, more commonly known as curtain rod, and corner brackets to create a frame that is hidden in the canopy ceiling.

Is the hidden frame heavy?
No. The hidden frame is made from powder coated steel and is supplied with corner brackets and weighs 1 kilogram.

Where can I get a hidden frame?
We supply frames however you can make a frame by using 16mm curtain rod, available at most curtain product outlets and cutting it to the following dimensions:

• Single: 2 @206cm and 2 @106cm
• Double: 2 @206cm and 2 @144cm
• Queen: 2 @212cm and 2 @164cm
• King: 2 @220cm and 2 @190cm
• Corner brackets are available from us or can be obtained from curtain product outlets.

ROUND COTTON MOSQUITO NET & BED CANOPIES

Do you have round cotton mosquito nets in all sizes?
Yes, we have cotton mosquito nets available in King, Queen and Single sizes.  The Cotton Temple is our King size.  The Cotton NewAge is our Queen size, and the Cotton Classic is our Single or Cot size.

Does the NewAge come in king size?
No. It is available in one size which fits double and queen size beds, divans and daybeds. We do however have a king size net which is called the Cotton Temple.

Does the NewAge come with a frame?
Yes. These canopies are supplied with a decorative cane hoop.

Does the Cotton Temple come with a frame?
Yes. These canopies are supplied with a strong PVC frame that is hidden in the ceiling of the net.

Do you have a cotton net for cots?
We have not made a net specifically for a cot however we recommend using the Classic net as it will fit a cot and then can be used over a single bed.

Does the Classic come with a frame?
Yes the Classic has a simple PVC frame.

SILK NEWAGE (ROUND CEILING)

How do I care for my Silk NewAge?
Silk fibres are very durabe, stronger than other natural fibres. However silk does lose strength temporarily when it becomes wet and for this reason care is required. We recommend you dry clean your silk canopy using P 30. Keep silk out of direct sunlight to avoid damaging the fibres. Do not bleach. Cool iron on silk setting.

PRINCESS BED CANOPY

Does my Princess bed canopy offer effective insect protection?
Yes. When used on single or double beds, divans or daybeds.

Will the Princess bed canopy fit on a queen bed?
The Princess bed canopy can be displayed attractively over a queen size bed head, however does not offer effective insect protection.

How do I care for my Princess bed canopy?
Simply hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent.

Does the Princess come with a frame?
Our Princess nets are supplied with a durable PVC hoop concealed in the ceiling of the canopy.

POSTAGE AND SHIPPING

Fast shipping!
Most products will be shipped within 24 hours by registered post. You will receive your parcel within 3 -7 working days after shipment, depending where you live. Should there be any delay in sending out your order, we will contact you - please ensure your phone number is on your order form.  Postage costs are outlined on the details page of each item.  Approximately $15 for one item, $20 for two items etc.  Orders with frames require an additional delivery charge as a freight company is used to transport the frame.

Registered post within Australia
Registered Post provides additional protection for important items by offering proof of posting and signature on delivery.

TNT courier service
When sending frames we use TNT Courier Service. TNT require a signature or authority to leave and deliveries are during working hours. Please allow 5 working days. Deliveries are made to the address given.

Express post international
Postal service offering priority handling, basic tracking and signature on delivery (subject to designated countries). Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. A card will be left in your letterbox. Please respond immedately to this card. We are not responsible for any unclaimed items.

Insured airmail delivery
Basic Air Postal Service. Parcels are delivered to your local Post Office. Please allow 7 working days for delivery. Insurance ensures any lost articles can be claimed, however there is often a delay in processing claims of up to 3 months.

Registered post international
Offers an added security service for merchandise items, proof of posting, and a signature on delivery

Returned item
Returns are accepted by us, providing you contact us within 7 days of recieving the goods. Returned items are to be sent to: Mosquitonets.com.au, 3933 Kyogle Road, Lillian Rock NSW 2480 Australia. We will replace faulty product with new product or if requested refund the purchase price only of your goods. We do not refund postage or freight costs. Upon receipt of returned item, we will issue a refund.

Unclaimed parcels
We refund your money on unclaimed parcels less any costs incurred by us.
