Express Shipping from Sydney, Australia
National customers. We send your order as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Most products will be shipped within 2 business days with Australia Post from our Sydney Warehouse.
Each parcel has a tracking code that is scanned during the delivery process. You will be sent tracking emails from our website and AusPost and by responding to the tracking email you can alter delivery details. Once an item is shipped we are unable to alter details.
The parcel will be delivered to your door and you will be required to sign for it. If no one is available to receive delivery it will be taken to your local Australia Post Office where you can collect it.
You will be emailed tracking information and then it is your responsibility to monitor and amend delivery with Australia Post if necessary.
Australia Post hold uncollected items for approximately 7 days before returning to sender. We are not responsible for unclaimed items. We are not liable for return postage costs of unclaimed items. Return costs incurred by our company are at the buyers expense.
You will normally receive your parcel within 10 working days after shipment, dependent upon location.
If delivery details are incorrect or delivery email address is incorrect or blocked by clients spam filters or unable to be delivered due to reasons beyond standard delivery expectations or delivery details are changed once an order has been processed and is with a third party carrier we are not responsible for non-delivery and any return delivery charges will be deducted from any refund.
Orders are shipped from the nearest warehouse, dependent upon item availability. We select the most cost effective service and dispatch usually within 48 hours of receiving orders.
To calculate shipping costs: add product to cart and then click on "Estimate Shipping" and follow prompts.
Please note that there are restrictions on some international destinations where guaranteed delivery cannot be accessed. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Any time frames stated on the web site for delivery of any goods, services or information are estimates only and we do not guarantee or promise delivery within the stated time frames.
We will try our best to get all products to you as fast as possible.

We are not liable or responsible for loss of items when "Permission to Leave" is given or directed by the customer and if delivery requests are specified it will be at the buyers risk.
Customs Duty and Sales Tax
Any Customs charges or sales taxes upon entry to you country are excluded from our prices. Should you be charged customs/sales tax they are at your expense.
Please choose carefully. Most of our products can’t be resold once unwrapped due to health and hygiene reasons – (no one wants to sleep with used bedding).
We want you to love your purchase, but if you have changed your mind, you can return most unused or unwanted items within 30 days of purchase.
To get a refund the return must be authorized with our office before sending to the warehouse. Contact us by email or telephone and lodge your intention to return and we will forward return details.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund excluding shipping cost and $7.50 per item warehouse handling fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you have received a faulty or incorrect product we require the return of the item and once we have checked the Return into inventory we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
We are unable to refund used or damaged items, items that are simply the wrong size, wrong colour or items not returned in their original packaging in a manner suitable for resale.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Unclaimed and Undelivered Parcels.
We refund payment on returned unclaimed undelivered parcels less costs incurred by us. If delivery details are incorrect OR delivery email address is incorrect OR blocked by clients spam filters OR unable to be delivered due to reasons beyond standard delivery expectations OR delivery details are changed once an order has been processed and is with a third party carrier we are not responsible for non-delivery and any original shipping costs and return delivery charges will be deducted from any refund.
