A soft, sheer box-shaped bed canopy that gives complete insect protection when properly installed, sized and sealed — and looks beautiful doing it. • Fully hemmed with a soft 25mm microfibre band so the openings fall closed and insects are kept out.

• It can also be attached directly to the ceiling using the corner ties, or hung as a traditional four-poster canopy. We recommend toggle hooks for plaster ceilings or cup hooks for timber ceilings, available from your local hardware store or from our hanging kits.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Deluxe Polyester Box net made from?
It's made from soft, sheer polyester netting with 360 holes per square inch, fully hemmed with a 25mm microfibre band and finished in natural white. The box shape hangs from ceiling ties or a curtain-rod frame and fully encloses the bed.

Is the polyester net see-through?
Yes. The polyester is sheer and semi-transparent, which gives a light, airy, contemporary look and lets the room breathe while still keeping insects out when the net is properly sized and sealed.

What colour is available?
We supply natural white only. Polyester is a synthetic fabric and doesn't take home dye reliably, so white is the colour we offer.

Does it keep insects out completely?
It gives complete insect protection when it's properly installed, sized and sealed. The four openings overlap by 75cm and the whole canopy is fully hemmed, so there are no gaps for mosquitoes to get through.

Is the net chemically treated?
No. Our box nets carry no chemical treatment — they're chemical-free, with no insecticide and no flame-retardant chemicals. (Only some of our travel nets are treated, and that is noted clearly on those products.)

Is the net fire or flame retardant?
No — and that's by design. Our box nets are free of flame-retardant chemicals, so there are no added chemicals above your bed.

How do I hang it?
You can hang it from a hidden curtain-rod frame (using the sewn ceiling sleeve) for a contemporary look, from bamboo or timber poles for a larger or more tropical room, directly from the ceiling using the corner ties, or from a four-poster bed. We recommend toggle hooks for plaster ceilings or cup hooks for timber ceilings — see our hanging kits and the frame-building videos below.

What does “oversize” mean?
Our canopies are made larger than the mattress on purpose, so the net covers both the mattress and the bed frame rather than just the mattress. That full coverage is what gives complete protection — so measure your bed and choose the size that comfortably surrounds it.

What size bed does the Super King net fit?
It's the largest in our box range, made for a Super King bed (approx. 204cm × 204cm). The net measures 230cm(W) × 250cm(L) × 220cm(H). If your bed is a standard King (183 × 203cm), the King net is the closer fit.

Do you make a size larger than Super King?
The Super King is the largest box net we make. Measure your bed's width and length; if it sits between King and Super King, the Super King gives the most generous coverage.
